I have compiled a gallery of pictures, showing New York trains from the mid 1980's, divided into three categories of graffiti styles. Many other styles exist and more information can be found in my Graffiti Dictionary, or in the Resources page. Subway art is ephemerical and these pages only represent a sample of the artwork created by graffiti writers through the years. All photographs in this gallery were taken in the 1980's so quality of the images may vary. Enjoy! |
